2 Large Lobster Tails (7-8 oz) (On Sale: $14.99)
4 oz Stella Provolone Cheese, sliced (On Sale: $6.99 lb)
4 Schmidt Brioche Rolls (On Sale: $1.99)
2 Lemons (On Sale: 5/$3)
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh chives, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high. Butterfly lobster tails by cutting down the center of the shell.
